Justin Moorhous

‘Brimming with confidence, Moorhouse exudes a likeable energy that could raise the dead …His affable character has a certain old-fashioned charm, as his is the sort of personality which you instinctively trust to make you laugh – and he doesn’t disappoint…Moorhouse entertainingly recounts his tales and well-made observations… impressive indeed’ – Chortle

Described by Jimmy Carr as ‘easily my favourite comedian’, Justin has a stack of TV credits including playing Young Kenny with the tiger striped face on ‘Phoenix Nights’, ‘Live At The Apollo’, ‘8 Out of 10 Cats’, ‘Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow’, ‘Dave’s One Night Stand’, ‘Coronation Street’, ‘The Grumpy Guides’, ‘Shameless’ and ‘The World Stands Up’ amongst others as well as a role in the Ken Loach film ‘Looking For Eric’. His own Radio 4 show ‘Everyone Quite Likes Justin’ is critically acclaimed and into a second series and he is a Sony Award nominated radio presenter in his own right and a staple of Radio 5 Live’s ‘Fighting Talk’ and ’7 Day Sunday’. Plus he’s an Edinburgh Festival favourite with a slew of solo UK theatre tours under his belt.

Rob Mulholland
“Very, very tall and equally as talented” – Time Out
“A sharp tongue and a sharper mind” – Harrogate Advertiser

A lanky, laconic Yorkshireman with an eye for the unusual, twisting the mundane into something strange and hilarious. In his short time on the circuit he has exploded up the ranks, winning numerous competitions for his comedy and even conquering the legendary King Gong at the Comedy Store with his mixture of offbeat observations and everday absurdism. Now to be found on the stages of the largest comedy clubs in the country and appearing at the Edinburgh Festival as one half of #BlurredMinds, now’s the time to catch a rising star of the comedy scene.
