Chris is the fastest rising new act on the UK comedy circuit having been nominated for the Fosters Comedy Award (formerly the Perrier) for Best Show at the Edinburgh Festival 2011. He has supported Al Murray on his UK theatre tour as well as having undertaken his own debut solo touring show around Britain in 2012, which has been a sold out critical success.
He has a positive slew of television credits including ’8 Out Of 10 Cats’, ‘Never Mind The Buzzcocks’, ‘Argumental’, ‘Jason Manford’s Comedy Rocks’, ‘Celebrity Juice’, ‘Russell Howard’s Good News’, ‘Richard Bacon’s Beer And Pizza Club’ and ‘Show And Tell’ as well as playing the lead role in the forthcoming BBC sitcom ‘Hebburn’ with Vic Reeves. He is also developing his own show for BBC3 entitled ‘@ChrisRamsey’.
He will be previewing material from his forthcoming Edinburgh 2012 show ‘Feeling Lucky’.
